The Vision of
Ezekiel’s
Ezekiel’s Wheel is a dream coming true.

We have longed to create a center for at-risk youth that are suffering from multiple deficits in their lives. Gangs, drugs and a myriad of things have replaced family, faith and community as the deep foundations in their lives. This facility will help rebuild those foundations and equip teens with positive alternatives and hope. This dream center would create hidden talents and help build character and purpose in a generation that has lost hope and identity. Ezekiel’s Wheel will be a collage of youth ministries and organizations working together under one roof to restore and stabilize hurting kids.

WHEEL WITHIN A WHEEL
Living in a teen’s world today is very confusing and very stressful. They are fractured and hurting in many layers and depth. They have deep needs spirit soul and body if they are going to be restored to their full potential.

SPIRIT, SOUL & BODY
Young people today are suffering at every level in their existence as life moves quicker and quicker with values changing by the day. Spiritual needs and a sense of purpose have faded along with changing standards in a confusing world. Emotional stress and identity issues have teens buckling to peer pressure and hopelessness. Safe environments and stable relationships are vanishing in our fast moving society. Zeke’s will be a strong facility to address all of these needs for kids searching for security and answers.

TREATMENT, TRAINING
Young people have many struggles today with community and family pressures that have them finding hiding places in drugs, alcohol, gangs and a number of damaging places. Finding funding for schools, job resources and treatment programs tend to be geared towards adults and not available to teens. One of the awesome specialties about Zeke’s will be the availability of all these in one place.

ART & RECREATION
Ezekiel’s Wheel will provide a supervised gathering place for teens to come and have fun and meet others. There will be assorted recreations for kids to learn and enjoy themselves. There will also be art, music, film and a number of outlets for kids to develop their talents and confidence in positive outlets that inspire their identity.

We have taught Fatherhood Empowerment for several years in the Division of youth corrections. This program has covered failing families, personal development, practical fatherhood and male-female relationships. We will be expanding to help young mothers in our endeavor to equip young families with what they need.

There are tremendous pressures on financially-stressed families that are struggling with severe issues within relationships and families. We will be helping restructure and help families make healthy choices.

Drugs and alcohol are having even a more devastating impact on a generation that is repeating the history of their parents many times. Our program addresses the truth about why teens fall to drugs and give positive solutions.

Young people have more pressures than ever before and live in an amoral culture with an upside down moral code. Many young people need serious input into straightening out their hopes and dreams.

Residual anger is an enormous issue in young people today. Open wounds at the heart of residual anger and need to be followed by individual counseling. This is an area that is crushing the spirits of hurting kids.

Gangs are a devastating alternative for young people from broken homes with broken lives. Alternatives are available for these teens to make the right choices with a vision for their lives.

Spending almost thirty years as Angel Spring Missions has given us a deep understanding and experience in working at ground zero with incarcerated teens. We understand the foundational deficits, the treatment, the training and the encouragement the hurting teens are being decimated with. Zeke’s will be an all-inclusive center to restore hurting young people.

There is no easy solution but there is resolution. Personal and family trauma is now at epidemic levels as teens face more issues than ever before. The multi-layered approach that will be active at the facility will bring healing and hope to wanting teens.

Many young people need help in continuing their education and finding the resources they must have to continue past a high school diploma. We will help young people finding the support they need to reach their potential.

A battery of volunteer musicians will be available to help teens learn music at their level. There will be a recording studio for budding musicians to get their music recorded and displayed. There will be a record label and production equipment to produce the music from the center.

Airbrushing and other arts will be taught by volunteers to help develop hidden talents and to refine those that are already at work. We plan on having a teen art gallery on the internet to sell pieces of art for the budding artists.

Angel Spring Missions is birthing a film and music company to produce solid youth films, educational materials on gangs and a number of relevant topics. We hope eventually to move into feature films.

Martyrstone Productions will be developing young
talent as interns and students from a number of
opportunities in the film and music industry.
There will be an opportunity to develop talent
from writing to post production in film and the
ability to develop writing music to producing DVDs.

Ezekiel’s Wheel will be a partnership with the Christian community to reach out to this lost generation and restore hurting kid’s spirit, soul and body.

Music concerts will be held on weekends that will be established local artists and young bands that are being developed at Zeke’s. The music will be a positive and fresh message to the teens that are coming.

Teens today have very few places to go that are well supervised and safe. Zeke’s will have a number of sports and recreational activities during the week to give our kids healthy choices and productive relationships.
